From Design to Build. We are now in the middle of implementing the Farm Schools Enchanted Edible Forest Garden. From Design layout, Tree removal, Radial Trenches and Swales The Farm school is being transformed into one of the first edible forest school gardens in the USA. The school children are helping with the building of this garden along with community members, friends and practicum students. We are planting a Persimmon Polyculture in the shape of a flower with radial trenches and double dug beds. The swale system is almost finished and we are also finishing up the fence too. We have several other polycultures we are planting as well. We are having so much fun and the project is very successful. The Enchantment of this project will effect generations to come. Imagine your childhood classroom being an Edible Forest Garden!
